Facebook Messenger has a Hidden Dark Mode That can Be Activated By a Moon Emoji

Facebook is no doubt a popular instant messaging app – with a lot of sub wings which includes Whatsapp, another popular messenger. Facebook has a very detailed framework, but it did take a lot of time to take in the features that have been requested of it. Facebook didn’t have the Dark mode feature for so long, and it can now be activated unofficially with a simple moon emoji.

For activating the dark mode, all that you need to do is to send the crescent moon emoji, and then exit out of the app, and then re-enter again. Then long press the moon emoji, and then press the toggle mode for entering into the dark mode.
