Zomato is all set to open a new side to its business. Apart from delivering food and giving amazing food reviews, they will help you stream interesting 15 minute videos of recipes, interviews and what not. Looks like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar and other OTT players have new competition as food delivery unicorn Zomato announced its entry forayed into web streaming. So far they are planning for short videos to enjoy while you decide to order here and plan to eat there.
The startup will launch 18 original shows over the next three months, starting Monday, September 16. These shows will be available under a new “Videos” tab in the Zomato app. This will be a revolutionary idea for a food app. And will open a new industry combining culinary delights and web-streaming.
All Zomato Original shows are around food across categories such as comedy, reality, fiction, advice, celebrity interviews will explore food in unique, engaging and entertaining videos. Let us look forward to its endeavours and check out more of its interesting videos.
