What would be life without tragedy – reminisces Jeeveshu Ahluwalia. He lost his father at the age of 4, and started the struggle of bread and butter. At a very young age Jeeveshu was given no choice – he took the job of a sales man who sold biscuits from door to door. From there he moved to hovering lights and showing people their seats in PVR. Jeeveshu recalls that every comic probably has his own set of tragedy that he overcomes – and Jeeveshu has done it pretty well.
With juggling his life amidst all odds, Jeeveshu decides he wants the flavor of college too – but soon realizes that money is the crux of existence. Jeeveshu goes back to the humdrum of earning and he joins the pizza outlet for a living. That is where he learns of the call center GE and works extremely hard there to become the director of the company.
His marriage failed miserably too – but Jeeveshu believes that oddities are what make a man. He quit his hard-earned job and went on to become a full-time comic. The man who had seen so much hardship was now out trying to make others laugh, in attempt that the world understands the importance of smiling.
His fat jokes are always on himself; he talks of his mother’s aspirations to get him married, and he laughs at the audacious extremities that life has thrown at him – a natural entertainer, Jeeveshu has what you call the funny bones. His humour is inspired by daily observations that make his content absolutely hilarious. A man of wit, he has travelled far and wide to perform all over the world. He has made his debut film with Tamasha, followed by Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi.
A man of wisdom and wit, Jeeveshu is now a full-time comedian with over 22 million viewers on YouTube. The man who has seen it all is the man who is now standing tall – Jeeveshu dominates the commercial platforms, he has set his foot in movies, and has ventured into motivational speaking too. While the world made him cry a million times, Jeeveshu has never given up on the opportunity to make us laugh.
Jeeveshu’s life has been an example of how people could modify their lives to live better, to make others lives better.
