Sachin Congratulated Hima for the Historic Win

Hima has had her 5^th gold in a row, just inside a month, and we couldn’t keep calm. Hima finished her 400 m race in Prague, to win the gold, this Saturday. Sachin Tendulkar has taken to Twitter to congratulate the star for her excellent achievement.

“ Loving the way you have been running in the European circuit over the last 19 days. Your hunger to win and perseverance is an inspiration for the youth” – with these lines he congratulated her. PM Narendra Modi too has congratulated her for the historic win.

The athlete has also donated half of her salary to the Assam relief fund, owing to the deluge that has affected the state. We’re proud of Hima’s win and her philanthropic deed, and she has made us all proud.
